Commercial Mechanical Inc.'s (CMI) Office, Warehouse, Fabrication shop are all centrally located in Dunlap, Illinois. We utilize dedicated union plumbers and pipe fitters who live and perform throughout the state of Illinois. This enables our crew to respond quickly and efficiently to our clients needs. CMI is presently signatory to 10 different local unions throughout the state of Illinois and bids projects in the northern two thirds of the state. We typically use interstate 70, just south of Springfield, as our southern boundary. Our Northern boundary is typically Illinois northern state line.
